ROLE OF MICROMAGE-B IN THEORY OF DISCOVERING NEW KIND OF PATHOGENIC CAUSATIVE AGENTS OF HUMAN DISEASES

Abstract: The obtained clinical-laboratory data of results of using Micromage-B biologically active food additive are obvious evidence of the optimum choice of parameters of the effect produced by the constant magnetic field on pathogenic microorganisms. Application of our new biologically active food additive (Micromage-B) enables not only revealing and identification of a new kind of especially dangerous causative agents of human diseases related to the class of myxomycetes, but also active contribution to its removal through the excretory system, thereby effectively sanating the organism.

On the basis of a fundamental study of the problem of synthesizing magnetic fluids aimed at their further use in medicine and biology we have received Micromage-B biologically active food additive, which now can be successfully and widely applied to medicine [1].

A clinical-laboratory study of the effect produced by Micromage-B biologically active food additive on the human organism consisted of both the investigation of the main parameters in the vital activity of the organism and the microscopic examination of the biological material (blood, urine).

As a result of the microscopic study of blood and urine in clinically healthy patients who took Micromage-B orally at a dosage of 250-500 mg, we have established a reliable fact of appearance of microorganisms, morphologically related to the class of myxomycetes, in the biological media of all the patients on days 5-6.

The revealed microorganisms were not able for great polymorphism; there were spherical, ellipsoidal, discal, rod-shaped, filamentous and ramulose forms there. The size of the cells ranged from 10 μm to 0.1-0.2 μm. Among these various forms there were flagellated ones which made rotary and translational motions.

The class of myxomycetes occupies an intermediate position between the class of fungi and that of amoebae. Under certain conditions, representatives of this class can acquire properties of the both classes. At first, myxomycetes were discovered in nature on decomposed fallen leaves and rotten trunks of trees in the form of amuciferous mass.

This class is typically represented by Mucomycetes. Its life cycle includes several successive stages; the amoeboid form, the monocelled flagellated form, polynuclear masses of cytoplasm (plasmodium) and, finally, "plant-like" organisms with as tem and a fruit body. The above variety of forms of myxomycetes, found in the biological material, can be most probably explained as stages in the development of Mucomycetes. Its reproduction is usually asexual, through binary division arid fragmentation of large bodies and filaments, but at certain moments separate muciferous masses can join together and form a sporiferous fruit body. We observed presence of the above signs of cell reproduction in the studied material microscopically.

According to the available literature, official science possesses no information about pathogenicity of myxomycetes with respect to the human organism. But as a result of our aimed examination of a group of patients with a persistent symptom complex of subfebrility and intoxication syndrome of an unclear genesis, against a background of unchanged initial laboratory clinical and biochemical indices of blood and urine, we microscopically revealed a great number of cells, atypical for these media and morphologically similar to Mucomycetes, in the given biological materials 5-6 days after administration of Micromage-B. Appearance of these cells ill the biological media was preceded media was preceded by a steady clinical picture of recovery of the examined patients.

Probably, Mucomycetes can invade the human organism causing serious diseases, sometimes with unclear etiology. The findings of our researches have been recently confirmed by a few fret reports about serious human diseases caused by myxomycetes [2]. Summarizing publications of this kind, we paid attention to a similarity both in the data of the clinical picture of the disease and the fact of a similarity in the morphological picture of microscopic examinations of the cells, which we observed, to Mucomycetes.

Evidently, immunodeficiency of the organism, stress factors, high doses of radiation, a prolonged course of drug therapy contribute to formation of a fruit body by Mucomycetes in the human organism during 3-4 days. An intermediate stage of Mucomycetes is Plasmodium, which under unfavorable conditions forms a thick strong coat sclerotium. It can exist in this state of anabiosis for a long period of time, and multiply very rapidly under favorable conditions.

The biological mechanism of the effect produced by Micromage-B on pathogenic microorganisms is as follows. In order to exist, any organism has to assimilate energy and material factors, necessary for this organism, from the environment as well as to keep from unfavorable effects. Here, acting factors are just those ones which are assimilated or rejected by the organism and participate in its vital processes with their Micromage-B energy or substance. In our case, the acting principle is represented by the external constant magnetic field surround ingevery magnetite particle as a component of structure. It is assimilation and dissimilation of concrete energy and material factors that can be regarded as energy or material cooperation. Thus, for example, an amoeba or paramecia in a long glass tube, in which one end is heated and the other one is cooled, will always move to an area of the temperature optimum. Substitution of a chemical effect for the temperature one will give the same results, only a direction of the movement will tie different depending upon the fact whether an assimilated or rejected substance acts as an irritant [3]. A similar parallel can be drawn with the effect of Micromage-B on pathogenic microorganisms, the class of myxomycetes in particular.
